Impacto training it' s a HIIT who' s goal is to boost metabolism and to burn fat not only during the workout but also in the 48 hours.
It improves strenght and muscular efficiency without pumpin' your muscles and improves coordination, balance and flexibility .
Fabio inka is a personal trainer and the creator of Impacto training. He has a degree in physical education and a degree in communication studies. He is also a certified life and sport coach. Impacto has recently been included in the 'universita' telematica San raffaele' curriculum. He is a lecturer in Fitness Theory and Techniques at the same university. He is a regular columnist for the popular magazine Women's Fitness and he also writes fitness related articles for various other magazines. Fabio is a former track and field athlete competing for the Italian Air Force athletics team. He has worked as Fitness Manager at the first Madonna owned gym in Mexico city. He is currently coaching thousands of people throughout the parks of Rome on a daily basis as well as a number of professional athletes and celebrities. You can find his lessons on the YouTube channel Fabioimpactotraining. Fabio has been the Italian training ambassador for Asics since 2016.
